HDD being an ever growing firm is not behind in keeping up with the ever changing regime of Tax Compliance and its management. To meet with the changing scenario and be competent enough to survive and succeed we have an HR person, Ms. Chaitali for supporting the administration at office. She has done her B.A. (Honors in English), Masters in Human Resource Development and also Diploma in Marketing Management. She is a self  managed girl, having overseas experience in management and training. To portray her better, HDD could say that she is well versed, soft spoken, humble and ever ready to help everyone who comes in contact with her. Her role is to make the needs of the firm parallel to that of the changing environment of Tax Compliance. She is responsible for all the functions that deal with the needs and activities of HDD including Employee Management, Training, Team Building, Leadership, Employee relations and Communication within the firm as well as with the valued clients. She also helps in ensuring that all of the large and small actions that people take every day, throughout the organization, fall in line with the brand strategy. To promote the overall success of the organization, she champions the identification of the organizational mission, vision, values, goals and action plans. HDD is proud to have her as a part of the team.
